After two great years, Iain Flitcroft and Toy Singsaeng have reluctantly decided to close Carabao Thai Restaurant & Steakhouse.
Iain said 'the Carabao project has been a great experience and we have established a strong reputation for good food served in a beautiful environment. However, Toy is busy with his role as Head Chef at Tuk Tuk and supporting Mr Toy's Flying Wok and I, of course, have Manhattan Furniture. We have found it increasingly difficult to manage all the businesses and maintain a quality of life. In these challenging times Carabao, whilst doing well, had to be the choice to let go.'
Iain & Toy would like to thank all the customers who have supported Carabao over the last two years and hope to meet them again, perhaps, over at Tuk Tuk or in Mr Toy's Flying Wok...
The good news is that the delicious, contemporary Carabao menu will soon be available via a delivery service. It is planned this will launch in July, so keep checking this website for further news on 'Carabao at Home'.
